In a small mountainside town, a boy named Luke grew up with a very special gift: the ability to make magical chocolate treats. He was a culinary artist, and his creations had the power to transport anyone who tasted them to realms of delight and wonder. In his youth, Luke spent countless hours in the family kitchen, tinkering with ingredients, flavors, and textures. People loved everything he made, and he soon became a local legend, but that wasn’t enough for Luke. He had greater ambitions, so he left home to study at a prestigious university. Luke specialized his studies in protein analysis and eventually earned a PhD in chemistry. His studies opened new realms of possibilities, but along with his formal education, he became aware of a disturbing plague that affected everyone from pro-athletes to health-conscious parents: half-eaten protein bars. Whether it was the taste, the texture, the weight, or the aftertaste, few were enjoyed ‘til the last bite.

Brimming with the power of culinary arts and the wisdom of science, Luke was going to change the world. His obsession cost him several years. However, one enchanted night, Luke perfected a light, fluffy, plant-based protein formula with just the right amount of confection-grade chocolate. His delicious creation was so unique and magical that he named it after a mythical creature—the Blue Unicorn. Blue Unicorn was celebrated, not only for its delightful taste and texture, but also for its impressive nutritional profile. People from all walks of life embraced it as a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional protein bars. Today, Blue Unicorn continues to inspire, delight, and nourish—a symbol of the magic that can be achieved when art and science unite.
