At Fred Openshaw Farms we grow fresh fruits: sweet and tart cherries, nectarines, peaches, plums, pluots, and many different apple varieties. The apple variety that we proud ourselves on is our delicious honeycrisp apples. Some other apple varieties that we grow are ginger golds a summer apple, galas, golden delicious, red delicious, granny smith, fuji, and Braeburns. We also offer our delicious honeycrisp apple cider that we sell in ½ gallons or at the farmers markets we have them available as slushies.
On our farm we are proud to pesticide residue free. Before we pick our fruits we send a sample off to be tested to make sure that there are no pesticide residuals left on the fruit. We also as a farm follow good agricultural practices to ensure the health of our fruit crop.
Last of all the mission of our farm is “Honoring the Past and Delivering Quality Fruit through the Future”.

Reviews:
We love picking up produce from Grandpa Fred’s every week at our local farmers market. Last week we were introduced to their honey crisp apple cider! SIMPLY DELICIOUS!! We bought 2 1/2 gallons and they were gone in a few Days. This week we were impressed with the selection of peaches and more cider! Can’t wait til next week to connect with the growers and get our fruit fix!” – Lindsey, Facebook Review
Good fresh fruit and honest people!” – M. Tyler, Facebook Review
They are so nice. They returned home to share their fruit with us long after they had closed on Labor Day as we just happened upon their fruit stand on a whim while returning to Southern Utah. Will have to make stopping a tradition, but will try to make it during business hours!” – Spencer, Facebook Review
