Grandpa's Kitchen

Gluten-Free Baking Mix

Grandpa’s Kitchen offers several gluten-free products: bread mix, pizza crust mix, baking flour blend, yellow cake mix, chocolate cake mix, and a pumpkin cake mix. We are confident that you will love each of our products because the recipes have passed the quality control of our family members and friends — those with Celiac Disease and those without.

Grandpa’s Kitchen first developed our bread mix. We then added a pizza crust mix and later developed a gluten-free flour blend. Our flour blend is a perfect combination of starches and flours combined to give a smooth, light, and fluffy texture to cakes, cookies, pie crust, Danish rolls, pancakes, waffles, roux sauce, and much more.  Our flour can be substituted for the equivalent amount of wheat flour in any recipe. Please use our bread mix for your bread recipes.  We are confident you will be able to make your favorite recipes gluten free with our flour.
You will find baking with our products easy and delicious.

Grandpa’s kitchen flour has changed my life! I can make anything I want from my old recipe book, and tons of new recipes with their cookbook! Banana muffins and pumpkin squares are the best. Yum!

Grandpa’s Kitchen is a family-owned and operated business that has learned to embrace Celiac Disease and enjoy living gluten free. In 2000, a member of our family discovered she had Celiac Disease. Unfortunately, finding out she had Celiac Disease was easy compared to figuring out how to live with it. The doctor’s only advice was, “Don’t eat bread and pancakes.” Not satisfied with his advice, she began doing her own research and quickly realized living gluten free would be a significant lifestyle change. Over time, five of our family members were diagnosed—making it a family ordeal.

Like most people who are diagnosed with Celiac Disease, we tried many gluten-free products. Whether it was the taste, texture, or consistency, something was always unsatisfactory. After many failures we finally created a delicious bread and then went on to formulate a gluten-free Flour Blend. We later added to our product line a delicious Pizza Crust Mix, Yellow Cake Mix, Chocolate Cake Mix and a Pumpkin Cake Mix.
