I remember, when I was a little girl making candy with my mom in our family kitchen. We would make all kinds of Fudge, Brittle, Candied Nuts & Hand Dipped Chocolates. The smells of cooking sugar and cream is one of my most fondest childhood memories. I was the designated sweet tester. Boy did I love my job. In later years I became a single mom needing to make an income to raise my five boys. That was the beginning of Kimmie’s Kandies. Today we love using my mom’s cherished family candy recipes and a few of my own, to delight you and your family and friends with our small batch old-fashioned sweets.
