Howdy! I’m Katie, and I come from the lovely Tooele County, UT. I operate a charming little sourdough bakery called Outlaw Ovens right from my home. I’m so thrilled about guiding my customers in rediscovering their connection with food.

I truly believe in the importance of knowing what we eat, which is why I always strive to use organic and local ingredients whenever possible.
