Vintage Spirits Distillery is a grain-to-glass craft distillery located in Midvale. Our goal is to produce a variety of high-quality spirits, while focusing on supporting Utah communities and businesses. We pride ourselves in partnering with local grain growers and suppliers to source the ingredients used in our rums, whiskeys and bourbon. We distill each spirit in house, using high-quality ingredients and never sacrifice quality for quantity by collecting the less desirable components of the distillation. We currently produce six types of spirits: Salty Beach Silver Rum, Salty Beach Aged Rum, Salty Beach Dark Rum, Cinnaberry Flavored Whiskey, Vintage Spirits Bourbon and Vintage Spirits Rye Whiskey.

Vintage Spirits Distillery was started in April 2020 by five inseparable friends: Jessen Doxey, Brooke Doxey, Nick Dahlman, Korri Dahlman and Derek Yoder. Our friendship started well over 20 years ago and has developed into a type of family. Our enduring friendship was made possible because of our shared common interests, which include enjoying high-quality spirits, cocktails and a love for creating.

Although the distillery was not founded until 2020, our interest in making alcohol started much earlier. In 2010 we began brewing batches of hi-point, quality beer, as well as wine, from our homes for personal consumption. We became quite good at this, and our focus shifted to bourbon and rum, our top choice spirits. We believed there was an opportunity to produce high-quality spirits in our great State, so we made the life-changing decision to form Vintage Spirits Distillery.

Vintage Spirits Distillery was formed from the following guiding principle: great friends and exceptional alcohol. Our passion is to produce high-quality rums and whiskeys we personally love to drink, are proud to share with the people of Utah. Our goal is to show the world that Utah is capable of producing top-shelf products.
