At Heber Valley Artisan Cheese our mission is to help others experience the difference of the farmer’s touch. Our fully integrated dairy farm to creamery delivers a true farm-to-table experience.  In fact, we believe the finest handcrafted cheeses, fresh or aged,  begins with the perfect base:  premium milk – pure, rich and creamy; a “recipe” we’ve been perfecting on our farm  for nearly 100 years.

Taste the difference of the farmer’s touch with our different cheese varieties: fresh curd, cheddar (raw milk, flavored, fresh or aged), queso fresco, monterey pepper jack, parmesan, swiss  or juustoleipa; or stop by our farm store for some premium cream line cow’s milk, a fresh grilled cheese sandwich or some scrumptious Aggie Ice Cream. Also visit our farm to take a dairy tour, participate in a cheese tasting or learn how to make ice cream, yogurt or mozzarella.

I love this place. Always have to get some ice cream and cheese curds. I love that they have different flavors of cheese curds. We make the hour drive just to get cheese curds and ice cream.

The food is so amazing. We bought the milk and couldn’t get enough!! Even though we live an hour away, we will be back for more milk and cheese. You have to eat their tomato basil with their yummy grilled cheese. It’s so amazing!!

For nearly 100 years the Kohler family has been producing premium milk – pure, rich & creamy – to delight their consumers. In 2011, the family built a new creamery and began using their farm’s milk to handcraft and age artisan cheese.
