We provide the public with individual and specialty cuts of meat, as well as whole or half sides of beef, pork, and lamb, cut and packaged to your specifications. Chad Murdock & Jessie Morris
Longtime Friends Jesse Morris and Chad Murdock founded Heber Valley Meat in April of 2021. After being a Butcher by trade for 5 years and seeing the industry transforming and booming Chad saw a need for another custom butcher shop in Utah. He grew up in a ranching family and has long had the desire to provide local ranchers with butchering services.
Jesse Morris lives in Heber City Utah and has grown an appreciation for the town and the unique opportunities available here. Heber City has been a ranching town since the Mormon Pioneers settled the area. Some of these early settlers included the Murdock family; in Heber our roots run deep. The Wasatch Back is a stunning area where world class views, dining, lodging and outdoor activities abound. Yet the Heber Valley had long lacked a world class butcher. Together, Chad, Jesse and the team of qualified butchers at Heber Valley Meat have fulfilled this role and are committed to providing the community with the best beef money can buy.
