We specialize in breads: European artisan breads, sweet breads, a wide variety of pan breads and dinner rolls. In our famous Sourdough we use a real sour start from Italy that is over 100 yrs old.
What sets us apart from other bakeries is the fact that our breads are made with no preservatives, chemicals or dough enhancers and we use fresh, local ingredients from Utah farmers. Our White flour comes from Northern Utah and is Non-GMO, Non-Bromate & unbleached. Our Whole Wheat comes from Dave’s Farm in Delta.
We use honey instead of sugar and we mill our own wheat fresh. Our purpose is to provide a delicious, healthy and quality product.

Jon Stewart and Julia Robinson
Honey & Grains Bakery was started by a husband and wife from Mapleton Utah in 2002. It has evolved from a small sandwich bakery in a quilt shop to a commercial and retail bakery. Over the years the bakery has expanded and added several new items. With an amazing sour start and several house recipes the Bakery has been providing bread and baked goods to our loyal customers for years.
Along with the retail store front the bakery also provides fresh bread to over 12 different restaurants, food trucks and cafes. Our product is currently being used from Lehi, UT to St. George, UT.
In 2017 father and daughter Jon Stewart & Julia Robinson decided to purchase the existing bakery. With scratch bakeries becoming a thing of the past they took it upon themselves to save this wonderful bakery. Jon Stewart, 7 time competitor on the Television Show ‘ American Ninja Warrior’ believes in good quality healthy products. Julia Robinson has always been passionate about baking and loves being creative with her work.
