Mushrooms are a diverse kingdom with enormous benefits to our health and population as they are full of protein , amino acids, and important minerals and micronutrients that are easily absorbed. Mushrooms are extremely versatile and add interesting depth and flavor to any dish.
We cultivate a variety of different mushroom species throughout the year and are always working to bring new mushroom varieties to market. We also work directly with foragers to bring wild mushrooms and other wild edibles harvested at their peak direct to consumers. Currently we grow over 1,000 pounds a week of the following varieties: oyster, shiitake, lion’s mane, pioppino, beech, king trumpet, chestnut , and maitake mushroom species.

We are a specialty mushroom farm operating in Weber county, for more than 7 years. Over this time we have dialed in our cultivation practices for gourmet mushrooms and expanded the varieties of mushrooms we offer.
