Lucky Spoon Bakery

Gluten Free Baked Treats

Inspired by her gluten-intolerant husband and friends, Pam set out to re-invent gluten-free. To serve up foods every bit as tasty as their fully glutenized counterparts. After countless trials and testing during 2008 (which followed a lifetime passion of baking and cooking), Pam Schulte founded Lucky Spoon Bakery in 2010 . Gluten-free has always been code for “taste-free” or “you can eat it but you probably won’t like it.” Now Lucky Spoon makes Cookies, Brownies, Cupcakes, Cakes and Muffins, all hormone and preservative free as well as having no trans fats. We hope you can “taste the love”.

Reviews:

Lucky Spoon Bakery products are the best gluten free products I’ve ever tasted. Their Very-Vanilla Cupcakes and Cinnamony Streusel Muffins are my favorites. The flavor and texture are amazing – you would never know they are gluten free. Outstanding products!! Thank you Lucky Spoon Bakery!!” – Andrea T, Google Review

I got lemonlicious muffins totally by Luck at Sprouts. I as 6 month on gluten free diet , I already give up on delicious gluten free cakes and muffins. And, was very pessimistic while buying lemonlicious muffins 😂. From the first bite, I was shocked I thought this cannot be gluten free. It tasted absolutely delicious, like real muffins. I read again to make sure it is gluten free. I couldn’t stop ..ate 4 of them right away )!!!” – Aynur Kenjaeva, Google Review

Lucky Spoon chocolate chip cookies are amazing! Soft, moist, full of flavor. The only issue is that they don’t last very long because I eat them up so quickly!” – Nicole Bayles, Google Review
