Red Rock Salsa is an award winning salsa producer. Inspired by the red rocks of our native Utah, our salsa has a sweet beginning that finishes with a spicy kick. Using our own secret recipe of more than 35 years – we blend quality tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, onions, green peppers, garlic; and then we simmer and spice it to perfection.

During the summer of 2022, Red Rock Medium Salsa was awarded first place at the Sauce Lake City Festival, beating out nine other Utah produced salsas.

John and Trish loved salsa, but wanted more from the store-bought brands. Together they experimented with different combinations of fresh produce and spices, looking for that unique flavor and heat profile. Finally, Trish said “STOP! We did it!!” Since 1987 our family and friends have been enjoying this salsa. Now, finally, we bring Red Rock Salsa to the rest of the world. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Our logo is a picture of our kids. John took the photo while one of his sons was washing his jeep in our driveway, and our other son was helping him. John couldn’t pass up a good photo opportunity. As soon as John saw the photo he took he knew, if he ever did anything with his salsa this would be the logo. John had it characterized by one of the kid’s school friends, adding his daughter at a later date as she was not in the original photo. Red Rock Salsa is a family business. Our kids grew up on this stuff!! If you haven’t tried Red Rock Salsa yet, you really need to. It’s quite possible it will become your go to salsa.
