The best tasting bread you will buy! And to make it even better it’s just as cheap as the nasty stuff from the grocery store when you account for the size of their loaves. Their customer service is fantastic as well.

The Fox Family started Salt City Baking Company in 2015 as a business venture to provide authentic breads to restaurants in the growing Utah area. They purchased recipes, a 140-year old sourdough starter originally sourced from San Francisco, and the operations and equipment from a previously operating bakery. Their mission has always been to provide the highest quality and consistent bread products to our customers. Tireless and endless hours of work have been invested since 2015 to accomplish this mission including refining our operational processes, upgrading and modifying our facility and equipment, and acquiring the best talent to join our team to make our mission possible.
