Gabe’s recipe has been a family secret for many years, originating in Mississippi before recreating in a small town in rural Utah.
Miss Shari’s Vinaigrette creates a light and refreshing flavor to any meal. Miss Shari is infamous for her Chicken Berry Salads – complete with her original dressing.

As life long friends, Gabe and Mike have discussed multiple business ventures. However, the Perfect Sauce was the first one they decided to launch together. Shari, a 10-year experienced restaurant owner has made a masterpiece of her vinaigrette, so she joined the venture to provide another product to launch.
