Utah State University Student Organic Farm
Organic Farm
The Utah State University Student Organic farm provides an opportunity for students to learn all aspects of running a successful certified-organic market garden and CSA (community supported agriculture) program.
Our CSA shares come in two sizes: full and half. Half shares provide enough veggies for two to three people. Full shares feed approximately four to six people. Shareholders receive produce weekly beginning May through September—averaging 20 weeks of locally grown, organic produce.
Reap the benefits of our fruitful harvest on the USU campus every Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the Taggart Student Center plaza. We also sell starts for your own garden as early as mid-April.
