Balsamic-Parmesan Sautéed Spinach


2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. fresh spinach
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
4 tsp balsamic vinegar



1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat
2. Add garlic & cook, 30 seconds to 1 minute
3. Add spinach, salt & pepper, stir until spinach wilts (3-5 minutes)
4. Remove from heat & stir in Parmesan
5. Serve & drizzle with balsamic vinegar
