Spinach Artichoke Dip


8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced
2/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
pepper, to taste
1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drain liquid, chopped
6 oz frozen spinach, thawed, squeeze excess liquid


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. In a mixing bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan, mozzarella & pepper
3. Stir in artichokes & spinach
4. Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Bake in preheated oven until heated through & melty, 20 minutes
