Funky Oats

Funky Oats are Utah’s first gourmet organic, vegan and gluten free granola and granola bars which our customers consistently rate “5 stars”. Comments describe Funky Oats as, “The best granola I have ever eaten”. All of our products (including Funky Pup dog treats) are made with the finest, all natural, non-GMO ingredients; free of soy, dairy, corn and wheat.

Our granola bars are sweetened with organic blue agave, providing a natural source of energy. We currently offer six bar varieties, four of which have an almond butter base; “You’re a Tart, Cherry”, “Pecan Someone Your Own Size”, “Funked Up Coconut” and “Spicy Ginger Bites!”. “Espresso Yourself” is made with sunbutter, while “Too Cool for School” is made with all natural peanut butter. Our three loose granolas; “Super Seeding Expectations”, “The Berry Zest” and “Funknutty”, are lightly sweetened with Grade ‘A’ pure maple syrup.

Whether on a special diet, given as a gift, or just trying to incorporate healthier options, look no further than Funky Oats. All of our packaging utilizes recycled materials and our granola bags are compost.

Trail Truffles are a great alternative to eating energy bars while on the trail. They aren’t dry and hard to choke down like most energy bars and they taste exactly 1 billion times better than most protein bars I’ve tasted. They’re great for pre run or bike fuel and for enjoying on top of a mountain peak!

Vivian’s Live Again

At the core of the Vivian’s Live Again mission is the belief that food should taste good and bring people together. We created our first soup mix while looking for an easy way to include gluten and dairy free friends in meals. We strongly believe it is wrong for food to exclude others or taste bad. We understand that foods most important function is to nourish us, not just our bodies, but also our minds, souls, families and friendships.

Like most new products, ours started as a way to overcome a problem. The problem was a church youth camp with a severely dairy allergic girl and church ladies who knew how to cook with canned cream soup. The thought of this girl feeling excluded by food was troubling, so we created a gluten and dairy free soup replacement. The church ladies did not have to change their cooking style, but everyone could eat together. Success!

Our products make it easy for the tired and rushed mother to make a quick family dinner that everyone will enjoy. We restore Grandma’s ability to make family favorite casseroles. We produce the ingredients to make comfort foods like sausage gravy or trendy and nutritious foods like Quinoa and Vegetable Salad. We provide rich and creamy base sauces for those who like to make their own culinary creations.

I used the multigrain flour for a cornbread, and it not only tasted good but made Grace poop as well . (Cause for celebration around here!) The soup mixes and the whipped topping – they were all great. The topping was a surprise; fake dairy is usually disgusting, honestly, except for some plain milks. The beginning color was dismaying, but during the whipping it lightened up so much. All 3 of us strongly preferred yours to Cool Whip, it tastes less chemicalish and has a creamier, richer texture (maybe mouthfeel is the word I want). And CW is milk-based. So, I say “Brava!”

I just wanted to thank you so much for creating such amazingly tasting gluten, dairy free foods. Your foods have literally made my life so much easier and my kids are much healthier. All three of my kids have multiple autoimmune GI. Diseases and have to be all grain (gluten) and dairy free. Although I have a bachelors degree in nutrition, I have not been able to find foods that they actually like, until we tried yours at the gluten free expo in SLC. I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am that your family has developed such nutritious, great tasting food that even my super picky kids love.
