Snuck Farm

Snuck Farm is a year-round family farm dedicated to growing produce we can feel good about eating and feeding our own families. All of our greens are hydroponically grown and are free of chemical pesticides and herbicides.

Our farming methods allow us to 1) save land and water, 2) eliminate soil erosion and runoff, 3) efficiently produce high-quality local produce year round. You’ll also find egg and honey production and in-ground organic farming on other areas of the farm.

 Snuck Farm also hosts a variety of community events such as our annual plant sale, cooking classes, workshops, farm-to-table dinners. It is also available as a private event venue. Our mission is to be a force for good in our community while promoting sustainable community-based food production that benefits us all.

Finca

Derived from the Spanish word for vineyard and farm, Finca features contemporary Spanish cuisine sourced from Utah producers. With strong ties to the local food community, we use  local pork, lamb, beef, eggs, flour, cheese and seasonal produce to create Spanish tapas.

The Blue Boar Inn

The Blue Boar Inn is an old-style European chateau nestled in the foothills of Midway, Utah. We offer a romantic European getaway, from the Inn’s elegant rooms to fine candle-lit dining and the mountain ambience of the Heber Valley.

Our restaurant is one of Utah’s most venerable dining and establishments.
