Bennion Beef is a family owned and operated a cattle ranch in the west desert near Vernon, Utah. We specialize in an Angus-Wagyu cross for the best flavored and most tender beef in the state.

Local- Our cattle are born and spend their life on our ranch and pastures near Vernon, Utah.

Natural- Our cattle are certified “natural” meaning we do not use hormones or antibiotics. We take care to handle our cattle humanely and let them roam the range freely.

Delicious- Our Angus cattle have graded prime and choice before we began introducing Angus and Wagyu bulls that are high in marbling and other beef quality characteristics.

Cross E Ranch

Cross E Ranch is a family owned, 200 acre farm just North-West of Salt Lake City. We specialize in year-round festivals, education and raising pure-bred Black Angus beef. We are 5th and 6th generation Utah farmers carrying on the agriculture legacy which was left to us by our fore-fathers. Our primary mission is to educate our neighbors and friends about where food comes from and how important farming is to each of our lives. We also provide lots of FUN!  We work hard but we also believe in enjoying what we do.  We figure… we educate, nourish, and entertain at our unique ranch.  We are always cattle ranchers/farmers and seasonally we become entertainers!  We have festivals a few times a year: baby animals in the Spring, sunflowers in the Summer, and a corn maze and pumpkins in the Fall!  We sell the amazing beef we raise and we are slowly adding veggies and other farm products.  There is always something cool going on at the Ranch!

Amazing Evening at Cross E Ranch!! Their baby animal festival is sooo fun. We got to see calves, pigs and piglets, horses, all sorts of goats, bunnies and llamas!! My family and I went on an amazing hayride through their acreage to see all their cattle. We were able to see so so many baby calves and even got to witness a brand new baby calf trying to stand, still all slimy wet with umbilical cord hanging. Such a phenomenal experience!! Go check them out, you won’t regret it!!

We spent hours there for the baby animal festival. Totally amazing. All the baby animals were so dang cute. I wanted to take them all home. Had so much fun with the Easter egg hunt. We know how important it is for you to know where your meat is coming from.  We can proudly say that all of our cattle and pigs are raised by us, here on our farm in Fairfield.  Many meat companies source their meat and there is no real guarantee where your animal came from or how they were treated.  You can rest assured with us the animals are treated humanely and ethically and you are always welcome to visit and see where the animals live!  You won’t be disappointed!

It is beautifully marbled meat that is high in omega 3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). (and seriously delicious) We truly love the animals and enjoy the time we spend raising them.  We are grateful for the meat they provide for us and for so many families in our community.

Best Grass Fed Beef Ever. I have purchase bulk 1/4 cow from a few different ranches and have never been happy with the flavor of the meat. Some are better than others but it has left me cautious to order large amounts. let me tell you…short of Wagyu or Kobe, this is the best beef I have had. Our Great Tasting, Grass Fed Beef Is

Lower In Fat and Calories than grain fed beef. A 6 oz steak from a grass fed steer has one half to one third the amount of fat and about 100 fewer calories than a 6 oz steak from a grain fed steer. Grass fed beef has about the same amount of fat as skinless chicken, wild deer or elk.

High in Omega 3s, or “Good” fats, as they are the most heart-friendly of all fats. People who have ample amounts of omega3s in their diet are less likely to have high blood pressure or an irregular heartbeat and are 50% less likely to suffer a heart attack. They are less likely to suffer from depression, schizophrenia, and Alzheimer’s disease. Studies show that these essential fats have slowed the growth of a wide array of cancers and also kept them from spreading. Omega 3s are only formed in the chloroplasts of green leaves and algae. 60% of the fatty acids in grass are omega 3s. When cattle are taken off omega 3 rich grass and shipped to a feedlot to be fattened on omega 3 poor grain, they begin losing their store of this beneficial fat.

Higher in Conjugated Linoleic Acid or CLA, another type of good fat. Grass fed beef contains 3 to 5 times more CLA  than conventionally grass fed beef. CLA may be one of our most potent defenses against cancer. In studies, women who had the highest levels of CLA in their diet had 60% lower risk of breast cancer than those with the lowest.
