Reviews:

We’ve seen a noticeable difference in our vegetable garden this year with wool pellets and topsoil from Wild Valley Farms. Living in Morgan, I usually don’t get vegetables until around the 24th of July, but this year we seem to be about two weeks ahead of schedule. We even planted a week after Memorial Day due to cold weather and an extended vacation. My potted flowers are also looking nice. The July weather has been unusually hot, but my flowers are doing great with the wool pellets. I also used the leftover top soil in my garden for my potted flowers, and that has likely helped with the blooms. I put the dark mulch in my flower beds, and I love the contrast it provides in our front yard. Plus, Wild Valley Farms delivered everything to our house!

Wild valley farms produces wool pellets, fertilizer, and mulch through such an amazing process. They have a really cool setup.” – Eric Riddle, Google Review

A Mano Artisan Pasta

A Mano Artisan Pasta Co. was created with the goal to make a healthier version of handmade pasta. With organic (non gmo) gluten and gluten free flours, organic cage free eggs, and organic produce (ravioli/cappelletti), our pasta will change the way you think about pasta. Fresh pasta cooks faster, taste lighter, has a softer texture, and soaks any sauce better than dry pasta.

While boxed pasta is notoriously cheap, the flavor and consistency cannot match handmade artisan pasta. Ordinary boxed pasta is too starchy and produces heavy and sticky meals.  Frequently boxed pasta contains food preservatives, gmo and nonorganic ingredients. A Mano Pasta is made to order. Our customers tell us our fresh organic pasta as a life changer. They can’t imagine going back to their old boxed pasta ways. They can taste the quality and it makes a difference!

Reviews:

Their pasta is delicious, I especially love the ravioli. It’s great to have such a unique place that offers fresh organic pasta, and even vegan and gluten-free options. – Keri Gonzalez, Google Review

I’ve never had pasta like this! the packaging and the actual noodles were beautiful, and they ended up being so light and flavorful when cooked! The texture was surprising to me since I’ve only ever had boxed pasta, and I love it! The noodles were great with just the water used for cooking, a little cheese, and salt and pepper. We also tried some with homemade pasta sauce out of our garden, and it was sooooo good! This is our new night time craving. We will definitely be attending a date night to learn how she does it, but I know we won’t have the time or experience to make what Maria made for us 😍 Everyone should try it! – Ali King, Facebook Review

“Oh my…everybody go order A Mano Pasta it is @%$* amazing!!! Like delicate puffs from an angel’s wings!!!!!!” – Amanda G, Customer Review

Bonneville Produce Farms

Bonneville Farms Produce grows local sweet corn, tomatoes, melons and giant pumpkins.

We grow our produce on a small farm south of Delta, Utah, in Millard county. We grow both organic and conventional produce but most of our farm is operated under integrated farming practices, taking the best practices of organic and the best practices of conventional production, allowing us to implement the best practices from both worlds. We grow sweet corn, tomatoes, pumpkins, watermelon and peppers and have planted peaches and apples for future production. We also have honey bees. Our produce is available at the Farm Bureau farmers markets and Orem farmers market and select grocery retailers in central Utah. Bonneville Farms Produce also sells to several restaurants along the Wasatch front.

Elden Foods Honey

100% Pure Raw Honey – that’s where we start.  We take care that our honey is kept as close to nature as possible.

Elden Foods Honey is:

Gravity separated, not force filtered; it retains all the enzymes/pollen

Kept at Raw temperatures

Harvested via organic processes

100% Pure Honey – never mixed with lower quality honeys

We take pride in keeping our honey raw, chemical and pesticide free, and as close to nature as it gets. When you taste Elden Foods honey, it should always taste like you went out to your local bee-keepers backyard hive: Delicious, Sweet, and Natural.

Creamed Honey

Creamed honey can be a real treat, a little sweeter than regular because of the crystallization, a more robust flavor, and a whole lot nicer to use!

It can be tricky to get a real nice, smooth creamed honey that’s not too solid, and not too liquid., all while being extra smooth. We’d like to think we found just the right consistency, soft enough to spread on warm toast, but firm enough to stay on the spreading knife. Of course, all of our creamed honey meets the same high standards as our regular honey. Still raw, still unfiltered, still 100% Pure Honey.

The quality of produce grown by these lovely people is second to none, it is the best Salt Lake City has to offer! I love knowing these two care for the earth and soil as much as they do for the vegetables they grow.

Thank you SO MUCH for introducing me to scapes. I have added them to a bunch of my old standby dishes as well as trying the things you suggested. I don’t know what I did before scapes. They are so good and add to everything I try them in!
