Wasatch Waffles

At Wasatch Waffles kitchen, we believe in combining simple, clean ingredients that are as close to their natural state as they can be. It all starts with freshly milled organic/non-GMO whole grains. Then we add organic/non-GMO white flour milled in Collinston, Utah to make the mix light and delicious. Adding mineral rich Redmond Real Salt from Redmond, UT just seemed the natural thing to do. A hint of organic cane sugar and aluminum-free baking powder round out the recipe.

Wasatch Waffles provide the perfect backdrop to your weekend breakfast with family and friends! They are versatile and easily adaptable for vegans. The waffles are crispy, fluffy, and light all while containing whole grains. They are the perfect complement to your choice of toppings. Because our waffle/pancake recipe is the perfect balance between preferred taste and texture, even your pickiest of eaters will love them. Because they are nutritious and filling, you’ll enjoy long lasting energy for your adventures.

Reviews:

This mix is delicious and nutritious. I highly recommend you try it. Once you do, you will never go back to anything else. It is simply the best. I never had such great tasting pancakes before. – Jennifer Tumolo-Vicari

These waffles are the absolute best! I was sad when my friend who made these for me in her kitchen moved to Utah. It made me so excited to know I could have the waffle mix delivered to my door!! It’s like having an old friend over for breakfast. – Shyla Brunner Bradshaw, Facebook Review

“We love Roeshill Dairy! We have had them deliver milk for the past 8+ years and there has never been a single problem…Their milk is delicious! I’m not a huge milk drinker, but if I do drink milk I want it to be good milk. My kids are big milk drinkers and they love, love, love it!” – Crystal Gerber McGuire, Google Review

“I highly recommend this service. I live in Layton and the delivery is so convenient. Absolutely great products and easy online ordering system. It has a hometown feel and I love buying local. The delivery charge is extremely reasonable. The milk is fresh and delicious, much better than what you can buy in the store. The Cream-line milk is especially delightful. I also recommend the Flapjack Drizzle and the Strawberry lemonade. The eggs are local as is the cheese (Oakdell Egg Farm from Lewiston, Utah and Gossner Cheese from Logan, Utah). Get the Colby Jack, its creamy and goes great on burgers. Rosehill Dairy easily gets 5 stars. Customer service responded to 2 of my concerns the next day and gave me no trouble. Very friendly. This service saves us money by taking care of our weekly trip to the store.” – Michael Brown, Google Review

Vivian’s Live Again

At the core of the Vivian’s Live Again mission is the belief that food should taste good and bring people together. We created our first soup mix while looking for an easy way to include gluten and dairy free friends in meals. We strongly believe it is wrong for food to exclude others or taste bad. We understand that foods most important function is to nourish us, not just our bodies, but also our minds, souls, families and friendships.

Like most new products, ours started as a way to overcome a problem. The problem was a church youth camp with a severely dairy allergic girl and church ladies who knew how to cook with canned cream soup. The thought of this girl feeling excluded by food was troubling, so we created a gluten and dairy free soup replacement. The church ladies did not have to change their cooking style, but everyone could eat together. Success!

Our products make it easy for the tired and rushed mother to make a quick family dinner that everyone will enjoy. We restore Grandma’s ability to make family favorite casseroles. We produce the ingredients to make comfort foods like sausage gravy or trendy and nutritious foods like Quinoa and Vegetable Salad. We provide rich and creamy base sauces for those who like to make their own culinary creations.

YES! It’s SO good!! It’s surprising. Not surprising that it’s good, but surprising that you just mix in water and it’s so good! I don’t get it! It’s just so good! Oh. Your tomato soup is so good. I don’t get it. It’s so good!

I used the multigrain flour for a cornbread, and it not only tasted good but made Grace poop as well . (Cause for celebration around here!) The soup mixes and the whipped topping – they were all great. The topping was a surprise; fake dairy is usually disgusting, honestly, except for some plain milks. The beginning color was dismaying, but during the whipping it lightened up so much. All 3 of us strongly preferred yours to Cool Whip, it tastes less chemicalish and has a creamier, richer texture (maybe mouthfeel is the word I want). And CW is milk-based. So, I say “Brava!”

I just wanted to thank you so much for creating such amazingly tasting gluten, dairy free foods. Your foods have literally made my life so much easier and my kids are much healthier. All three of my kids have multiple autoimmune GI. Diseases and have to be all grain (gluten) and dairy free. Although I have a bachelors degree in nutrition, I have not been able to find foods that they actually like, until we tried yours at the gluten free expo in SLC. I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am that your family has developed such nutritious, great tasting food that even my super picky kids love. It has made such a difference in our family and I really wanted you to know how amazing your company is. Thank you!!

Tree Street Grains

Named for the area where we live in Provo, Tree Street Grains is a local, family-owned business that makes whole grain mixes for breads, pancakes and muffins. We are truly local, from the locally-grown grain to the product labels that we designed and home and have printed here in Utah. You’ll recognize our packaging by my wife’s artwork.

In fact, we make the 16-grain stone-ground whole grain pancake mix our my garage. It contains 100 percent freshly-milled whole grains fortified with lots of flax, and it has no artificial ingredients or preservatives. It’s good for your family, and it just tastes great.

The whole grain gluten free products are made in a dedicated gluten free facility that I call my basement. These gluten free mixes contain more than 11 percent fiber and protein and contain no white rice or added starches. These mixes not only provide a practical solution, but they taste great. You can pick up a packet at a number of Utah grocery stores.
