Bennion Beef is a family owned and operated a cattle ranch in the west desert near Vernon, Utah. We want to serve you the best flavored and most tender beef in the state.

Local- Our cattle are born and spend their life on our ranch and pastures near Vernon, Utah.

Natural- Our cattle are certified “natural” meaning we do not use hormones or antibiotics. We vaccinate against disease and will administer medicine if a cow is sick, which then takes it out of the “natural” classification. Over 90 percent of our cattle are natural.  We take care to handle our cattle humanely; let them roam the range freely.

Delicious- Our Angus cattle have graded prime and choice before we began introducing Angus and Wagyu bulls that are high in marbling and other beef quality characteristics.

Paizlee’s Meats

Paizlee’s Grass Fed Beef offers the highest quality, sustainably raised, grass fed beef that Southern Utah has to offer. From our aged prime cut steaks, to our handmade small batch strip jerky; the decadent flavor and tenderness of our grass fed beef products will transport you back to the moment you first took a bite!

We hand select every cow we process right out of the field. For a cow to become a Paizlee’s cow, they have never been in a corral. Never have they found themselves being fed grains or any imported type of feed. If it doesn’t grow in their pasture, then they don’t eat it. Paizlee’s cows live a stress free life, they are all worked stress free in the traditional, horseback ways that have been handed down for generations. Slow and steady workings from horseback make these cows not only traditional in image and experience; but reduce, if not eliminate, any stress during the process of husbandry.

Majestic Meat Co.

Majestic Meat Co. is a food servicing company, and more specifically, proteins. This means anything meat related, we can provide it. Our main customers are Utah based restaurants. Some of which include Valter’s Osteria, Log Haven Restaurant, River Horse on Main, Vessel Kitchen, Red Rock Brewery, Yuki Yama Sushi, Tsunami Restaurant & Sushi Bar, and Bambara. Even though the vast majority of business is “B2B” we do provide retail business. Many friends of those who work at Majestic Meat Co. buy their meat from us.

Majestic Meat Co. has an extremely impressive lineup of exclusive farms that we have chosen to partner with. Our exclusive partnerships include 44 Farms which is located in the city of Cameron. The 44 Farms ranch is the largest registered Black Angus cattle producer in Texas. 44 Farms is a working ranch, not a factory. A close relationship between rancher and livestock is what has helped make 44 Farms one of the premier Black Angus producers in the industry.

Certified Piedmontese comes all the way from Italy and is now raised in Nebraska. Unlike other breeds, the Piedmontese has a unique genetic makeup. Certified Piedmontese Cattle are free to roam, enjoying all-natural feeds, fresh water, and comfortable surroundings. Piedmontese cattle quite literally have different genes, which makes it one of the most unique and rare product to experience.

Smart Chicken out of Tecumseh Nebraska could very well be home to the world’s healthiest and flavorful chicken. Being the only producer in the country to hold both Certified Organic and Certified Humane statues, Smart Chicken has innovated the way chicken are raised and processed.

Compart Premium Duroc Pork is considered by many as the “black angus” of the pork industry. This is the result of a carefully managed pork breeding program. Compart Duroc hogs are bred, born, and raised on efficient family farms where family members are involved in the management of their stock. The breeding program is the result of over 75 years of combining the very best purebred lines of the Duroc breed.  

Grassland Dairy is a 5th generation family owned butter provider. As one of the nation’s largest butter producers, Grasslands is able to meet any and all needs our customers may have. With an extremely impressive line of products that range from the usual salted butter to grass-fed and even non-GMO butter, there is something for every cooking need.

We also provide commodity choices and other farms such as Durham Ranch for game, Morgan Valley Lamb, and Hi-Grade.

Cross E Ranch

Cross E Ranch is a family owned, 200 acre farm just North-West of Salt Lake City. We specialize in year-round festivals, education and raising pure-bred Black Angus beef. We are 5th and 6th generation Utah farmers carrying on the agriculture legacy which was left to us by our fore-fathers. Our primary mission is to educate our neighbors and friends about where food comes from and how important farming is to each of our lives. We also provide lots of FUN!  We work hard but we also believe in enjoying what we do.  We figure… we educate, nourish, and entertain at our unique ranch.  We are always cattle ranchers/farmers and seasonally we become entertainers!  We have festivals a few times a year: baby animals in the Spring, sunflowers in the Summer, and a corn maze and pumpkins in the Fall!  We sell the amazing beef we raise and we are slowly adding veggies and other farm products.  There is always something cool going on at the Ranch!

Amazing Evening at Cross E Ranch!! Their baby animal festival is sooo fun. We got to see calves, pigs and piglets, horses, all sorts of goats, bunnies and llamas!! My family and I went on an amazing hayride through their acreage to see all their cattle. We were able to see so so many baby calves and even got to witness a brand new baby calf trying to stand, still all slimy wet with umbilical cord hanging. Such a phenomenal experience!! Go check them out, you won’t regret it!!

We spent hours there for the baby animal festival. Totally amazing. All the baby animals were so dang cute. I wanted to take them all home. Had so much fun with the Easter egg hunt.
