The Creamery

For more than 65 years, the cheese plant in Beaver, Utah, has been sharing the goodness of dairy within our local and surrounding communities. Today that legacy is showcased within the design and experiential space at The Creamery, Utah’s favorite cheese retail store.

Our products are made fresh with real dairy and enjoyed by families from across the United States. We invite our fellow dairy lovers to dive into a variety of dairy products, including signature cheese curds, specialty cheeses, a dairy inspired kitchen menu, ice cream and much more.

Love the new updated building. The deli is great the grocery store is great and the ice cream shop is of course, amazing.This is the perfect example of local Utah products being sold. Lots of great options to choose from from barbecue sauce to honey to milk to ice cream. The service is always friendly and professional. Bewilder Brewery

Located just a block south of Pioneer Park, Bewilder Brewing Co. is Salt Lake’s newest brewpub. From our start in homebrewing, and operating Salt City Brew Supply, to opening Bewilder, we have always had a focus on helping people in their discovery of the craft beer world and the process of brewing beer. We have a love of style specific beer, but have fun venturing into the unique as well. Bewilder has 16 tap handles that we are working to fill as we grow and hope people will follow us on our journey in this new venture. 

Bewilder also has food, and we are open for lunch to cater to the people working and living in downtown SLC. Our kitchen makes in-house traditional and unique sausages from scratch, along with pickles and fermented vegetables to pair with those regional beers from the brewery. A selection of appetizers, sandwiches, salads and scones round out the menu to give everyone an option to enjoy.

If you are exploring downtown Salt Lake City on foot, bike, or scooter we are close to most downtown amenities, and if you are driving downtown from the suburbs, we have dedicated and overflow parking at the brewery to make things easy.

Flourish Bakery

Flourish Bakery is a supportive community that fosters hope and health, in addition to personal growth, while teaching the art and skills of professional baking. Flourish Bakery employs individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, often reintegrating their lives after a period of incarceration. This employment opportunity assists individuals in the healing process and works to reduce recidivism and relapse through life and job skills training. Flourish provides a community of support, mentorship and friendship, and is a space of life transformation. Vosen’s Bread Paradise

Vosen’s Bread Paradise is an authentic German bakery serving traditional breads and pastries made from recipes brought over from the old world or developed by Markus Vosen with the same technique that German Master Bakers used for centuries.

We make German breads, rolls, sheet cakes, pastries, and pretzels. We also serve coffee and sandwiches for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our recipes are not the only authentic German aspect of our bakery. From the smallest pan to our 10,000 lbs. oven, we imported every piece of equipment directly from Germany to create an authentic experience. Purchase a variety of our breads and pastries at Whole Foods locations throughout Utah.

Another important aspect of our business would be that we don’t use any artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. None of our breads contain any added sugars or fats. The average bread is made from nothing but flour, water, sourdough, salt and yeast. It’s a pretty simple list, isn’t it? And when the addition of fat is necessary for the characteristics of the product, we use only butter – never shortening or margarine.
