Robins Family Farms raises naturally grown pork. Our pigs’ diet consists of barley (GMO free), organic whey, alfalfa, minerals and vitamins. We produce pork for customers who prefer naturally grown, hormone and antibiotic free food.
Located just a block south of Pioneer Park, Bewilder Brewing Co. is Salt Lake’s newest brewpub. From our start in homebrewing, and operating Salt City Brew Supply, to opening Bewilder, we have always had a focus on helping people in their discovery of the craft beer world and the process of brewing beer. We have a love of style specific beer, but have fun venturing into the unique as well. Bewilder has 16 tap handles that we are working to fill as we grow and hope people will follow us on our journey in this new venture.
Bewilder also has food, and we are open for lunch to cater to the people working and living in downtown SLC. Our kitchen makes in-house traditional and unique sausages from scratch, along with pickles and fermented vegetables to pair with those regional beers from the brewery. A selection of appetizers, sandwiches, salads and scones round out the menu to give everyone an option to enjoy.
If you are exploring downtown Salt Lake City on foot, bike, or scooter we are close to most downtown amenities, and if you are driving downtown from the suburbs, we have dedicated and overflow parking at the brewery to make things easy.
Capt. Len’s BBQ has been a part of the local community for over 18 years. We started by creating and selling our barbecue rubs, which we still use today!
We offer Southern Style Barbecue ranging from our Baby Back Ribs and North Carolina Pulled Pork to our Texas Brisket and side dishes, which include our award winning BBQ Beans, Coleslaw, Cajun Corn, Potato Salad and our Adult Mac & Cheese.
The Captain created his original barbecue sauce back in 2010. He begins that process by making his own chipotle ketchup as the base for his sauce. Capt. Len’s BBQ now produces four sauces: the Captain’s Original BBQ Sauce, Rocky Mountain BBQ Sauce, Texas Jack BBQ Sauce and our Cobra Pepper Hot Sauce. Our sauces are available for sale from our Food Trailer and soon at retailers featuring Utah’s Own Products.

All of our pork sausages are made from only the finest cuts of pork. We use the pork shoulder commonly referred to as the Boston Butt. We make sausage on purpose and we never use off-cuts or trim product. Our sausages are made daily in our inspected facilities in West Jordan, Utah. Colosimo’s makes over 25 kinds of sausages. Some of our more popular flavors include: Mild Italian, Hot Italian, Bratwurst, Polish, Cajun, and Tuscan Red Wine.
Lower In Fat and Calories than grain fed beef. A 6 oz steak from a grass fed steer has one half to one third the amount of fat and about 100 fewer calories than a 6 oz steak from a grain fed steer. Grass fed beef has about the same amount of fat as skinless chicken, wild deer or elk.
High in Omega 3s, or “Good” fats, as they are the most heart-friendly of all fats. People who have ample amounts of omega3s in their diet are less likely to have high blood pressure or an irregular heartbeat and are 50% less likely to suffer a heart attack. They are less likely to suffer from depression, schizophrenia, and Alzheimer’s disease. Studies show that these essential fats have slowed the growth of a wide array of cancers and also kept them from spreading. Omega 3s are only formed in the chloroplasts of green leaves and algae. 60% of the fatty acids in grass are omega 3s. When cattle are taken off omega 3 rich grass and shipped to a feedlot to be fattened on omega 3 poor grain, they begin losing their store of this beneficial fat.
Higher in Conjugated Linoleic Acid or CLA, another type of good fat. Grass fed beef contains 3 to 5 times more CLA than conventionally grass fed beef. CLA may be one of our most potent defenses against cancer. In studies, women who had the highest levels of CLA in their diet had 60% lower risk of breast cancer than those with the lowest.
