Utah’s Own Ultimate Queso Dip

UTAH’S ULTIMATE QUESO DIP

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 LB Heber Valley Cheese – Queso Fresco Verde

16 oz Salsita Mendoza Tomatillo Enchilada sauce

8 oz cream cheese

1 bag of Utah Made Tortilla Chips

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan.
Melt on medium to medium high heat to acheive smooth texture, stiring frequently to avoid scalding.

Garnish with green onions, tomatoes and lime juice.
