We’re Top and Kat — a husband and wife team bringing bold, authentic Thai street food to Utah. Our journey began with a shared love for food, family, and freedom. Inspired by Kat’s father, who ran a successful Thai food pop-up in California, we decided to follow in his footsteps and build something of our own. We started in Los Angeles, cooking from scratch and hustling through markets — and now, we’ve brought our flavors to Utah. Our food is rooted in Northern Thai tradition: bold spices, rich broths, fresh herbs, and fire from the wok. Everything we serve is cooked fresh, by hand, with the same flavors we grew up with. Whether it’s a flavorful Pad Kra Prow, a crispy curry puff, or wok-fired Pad Thai — our mission is simple: To share our story through food, one bite at a time.
