Justin shared his dream of opening his own ice cream shop early in he and Summer Williams marriage. He wanted to make the best ice cream ever, not just “another” ice cream shop. For a couple of years, together, at night, after work they would experiment, and concoct all kinds of ice cream and share it with the neighbors. They decided to turn the dream into a reality when the new Provo City Center Temple was being constructed, as they thought this would be a perfect time and place to open their first ice cream shop.
