Bruges Kitchen LLC

Bruges Belgian Bistro has been a staple in Salt Lake City, Utah since 2003, and is known for its award winning Belgian Fries and artisanal Liège Waffles. You can visit them at their brick and mortar locations on Broadway or Highland Drive, at one of the food truck stops in your neighborhood, or get their waffles shipped to you from their online shop. These unique, and sweet waffles are dipped in a rich Belgian chocolate coating in a variety of flavors and make great stocking stuffers for your loved ones.

Bruges is also home to the Machine Gun Sandwich with its fabulous Andalouse sauce. This mildly spicy sauce, named after the Andalucia region of Spain, is creamy with a mustard zing and tones of sweet basil and paprika. Bruges Andalouse makes all your food sing sauce: from sandwiches, fries, barbeque meats, over salads to a dip for vegetable sticks, and anywhere you would add some medium hot fiesta ambience.

Reviews:

“Been going here for years off and on. Their fries are just like the frites in Western Europe where I grew up. The Machine Gun sandwich is my favorite on an amazing baguette with just the right spice sausage.” – Brett, Google Review

“This is one of my favorite places to go to in Salt Lake City. The food is amazing, especially the frites and waffles.” – Jared, Google Review

Pierre Vandamme, a native of Bruges, Belgium, has been sharing his passion for Belgium’s beloved street foods with Utah since 2003. What began with a waffle cart on Main Street, expanded to the Salt Lake Farmers Market, and then to a brick-and-mortar location in 2008, has since grown into Bruges Belgian Bistro with two storefronts, two food trucks, and a kiosk at the Salt Lake City airport. Now, Bruges is excited to bring its authentic flavors even closer to you with the launch of Andalouse Sauce—the first release in the new Bruges Belgian Sauces line.
