With over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry, our team knows food from the inside out. That’s why we don’t just create products — we partner with chefs, mixologists, and creators to customize and cultivate freeze-dried items tailored to your unique culinary needs. Beyond the kitchen, our mission is to serve: our team, our community, and the world. For us, it’s more than just preserving fruit — it’s about reimagining how we enjoy it. We believe in reducing waste, inspiring creativity, and making life’s sips and bites more beautiful. With CITREVE™ , every glass, plate, and party becomes a little brighter.

Chef Nettie Frank
Founder and CEO

What started as a childhood love for experimenting in the kitchen has grown into a lifelong culinary journey. I’m Chef Nettie Frank, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and I’ve spent over two decades in the food industry—working in top restaurants like Log Haven, the Grand America Hotel, and Snowbasin Ski Resort before launching my own businesses, Silver Whisk Catering and Beyond Glaze Bakery. Beyond Glaze quickly became known for its unique, gourmet doughnuts (no sprinkles allowed!) and even led to my first cookbook. Along the way, I’ve had the honor of competing on Food Network’s Chopped and Cake Wars, cooking backstage at CBS Studios, and presenting at Disney’s Food & Wine Festivals. I’ve also worked as a food stylist for brands like Frigo Cheese and Santa Monica Seafood, and regularly appear on shows like Good Things Utah, Studio 5, and Dinner Takes All. Whether I’m catering events, styling shoots, or teaching aspiring chefs on my social media platforms, my heart is always in the kitchen.
My journey with freeze-drying began as a personal passion. I wanted to preserve the beauty of ingredients from my garden—transforming them into vibrant, shelf-stable art. Living in Utah, I’ve always been immersed in food prep and storage, but freeze-drying sparked something new. What started as a hobby quickly turned into an obsession, and eventually, a mission. CITREVE™ is about more than just preserving food—it’s about rethinking it. I’m passionate about crafting beautiful, high-quality freeze-dried products that reduce waste, inspire creativity, and bring something truly special to everyday kitchens and the broader food world. I can’t wait to share this next chapter with you.
