I spent years chasing the perfect cup of hot cocoa–one that was smooth, indulgent, and satisfied my chocolate cravings–What I found instead was not hot cocoa at all. It’s called drinking chocolate. It is dark, thick, velvety smooth, and made with real melted chocolate.
Now, while you can find drinking chocolate in cafes in Italy or dip churros in it in Spain, I couldn’t find it back home, so that’s how Deep Dark Drinking Chocolate was born. From my experiments blending premium chocolates to create a thick, rich, smooth, café-worthy experience.
