Dendric Estate

Dry Mountain Cider

Dendric Estate crafts dry mountain cider in the heart of the Kamas Valley, where clean mountain air, mineral-rich soil, and cool nights create the ideal environment for growing cider apples. Our ciders are crushed, fermented, and bottled on-site using traditional winemaking methods, and every bottle reflects the high-elevation landscape that surrounds us.

Our debut release, Dry Cut, is a sparkling cider made in the Prosecco method—crisp, bright, and naturally gluten-free, with zero residual sugar. It’s a refreshing, elevated take on cider that pairs beautifully with food and occasions alike. In addition to our own estate orchard, we source fruit from partner orchards around the Mountain West, supporting regional agriculture and celebrating the diversity of high-altitude apple terroirs.

Visitors can purchase bottles directly from our on-site bottle shop in Kamas, or enjoy Dry Cut at select restaurants, bars, hotels, and resorts across Utah. Each season, we continue to grow and experiment with new blends and apple varieties, staying true to our goal of producing authentic, place-driven ciders that celebrate Utah’s agricultural heritage and mountain lifestyle.

“Spectacular!! Tastes like Prosecco with a hint of apples! Not like those sweet sugary cider you’ve had – Dendric has done it right! How lucky are we Utah!! Beautiful drive to Kamas to see the orchards and production facility is great way to spend your Friday or Saturday afternoon!! Enjoy!!” – Ann, Google Review

“Cidery is located just outside of Park City, UT. Excellent location and a very unique product. Stunning location, great staff. Was offered tour and purchase of bottles in their on-site shop with a quick tour. It drinks like an elegant white wine. Check it out if you’re in the PC area!” – Mathew, Google Review

Founders & Owners

Founded by Brendan and Carly Coyle, Dendric Estate began in 2020 with the planting of its first orchard and a vision to create a premium, sustainable cidery rooted in Utah’s mountain culture. Brendan, a longtime cider and spirits producer, and Carly, with a background in business and brand development, share a passion for connecting people to the land through exceptional craft beverages.

The name Dendric comes from the dendritic formations—branching waterways and tributaries—that feed into the Weber River and form the lifeblood of our orchard’s irrigation water. It also reflects our belief that great cider begins with strong roots: healthy trees, clean water, and respect for the environment. In 2025, after years of planting, tending, and pressing, Dendric Estate released its first cider, Dry Cut, marking the start of a new chapter in Utah’s local beverage landscape. The estate continues to grow with the seasons, offering guests a glimpse into high-elevation orchard life and the artistry behind every bottle.
