Jordan and Carlie Riley

Fruit Growers

Jordan comes from 3 generations of fruit farming in Utah. A former fourth grade, Mandarin immersion teacher in Jordan School District, a decade ago Jordan decided to pursue the family tradition of fruit farming. He grows peaches, apples, cherries, apricots, and plums that are sold at fruit stands and other venues.

When asked what the community can do to support farmers, Jordan responded, “Eat 5 fresh fruits and vegetables a day!” Jordan enjoys the satisfaction of loading pallets of fresh fruit to the customers with his young daughters riding co-pilot on the forklift.
