Today, we’re continuing that legacy while raising our four boys on the same values—teaching them the importance of caring for the land, respecting the animals, and taking pride in honest work. Through regenerative agriculture practices, we focus on improving soil health, supporting the ecosystem, and leaving the land better for the next generation.

Our cattle are raised right here on our ranch in a low-stress, pasture-based environment—without added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. McMurdie Ranches is a third-generation family ranch built on a legacy of hard work, resilience, and a deep connection to the land. Years ago, we realized something needed to change—not just for our ranch, but for the future of agriculture. That realization led us to regenerative agriculture, and what started as a shift in practice quickly became a passion and a purpose.

In 2020, we built our brand from the ground up with a simple goal: to raise beef that is both nutrient-dense and affordable for families like ours. Today, alongside our four boys, we raise our cattle from birth to butcher, staying involved in every step of the process. We are committed to caring for our animals, improving our soil, and leaving the land better than we found it. Through our work, we strive not only to provide high-quality beef, but also to advocate for agriculture and share the importance of regenerative practices for future generations.
