Sally Fern Farms was started in 2022 with a simple focus: grow exceptional fruit, not just more fruit. We planted over 700 trees right away, most of them peaches. West Mountain gives us the sun, soil, and elevation that produce deep flavor and natural sweetness you cannot replicate elsewhere. We manage every tree for quality. Each season we thin the fruit so the tree puts its energy into fewer peaches. The result is larger, sweeter, and juicier fruit that is picked by hand at peak ripeness. These are not average peaches. They are the kind that drip down your arm and remind you what a real peach is supposed to taste like.

Hello, we are Brittain and Nichole Holt, the owners of Sally Fern Farms. In 2022, we moved to West Mountain and started a dream we did not even know we were looking for. What began an idea quickly turned into a working farm filled with fruit trees, vegetables, flowers, and animals, all built with intention and a lot of hard work.
Our farm is named in honor of our grandmothers, Sally Holt and Fern Schaffer, two women who shaped our lives in lasting ways. Fern was known for her beautiful flowers, and Sally loved peaches, which have become a central part of our farm today. Sally Fern Farms is our way of carrying on their legacy while building something meaningful for our family and community.
