Spirits of Coffee

Barrel-aged Coffee Beans

Spirits of Coffee is a specialty coffee company creating an entirely different coffee experience through the combination of exceptional coffee beans, barrel aging, and craftsmanship. We source high-quality green coffee beans from some of the world’s best growing regions and age them for a minimum of six months in barrels that previously held bourbon, rye, whiskey, and other spirits. After aging, the beans are carefully roasted in small batches to preserve and highlight the unique flavors developed inside the barrel. The result is a naturally flavored coffee with complex notes influenced by the spirit and the barrel, without adding artificial flavors or additives.

What sets Spirits of Coffee apart is our process and our commitment to creating coffee with a story. The alcohol does not remain in the finished roasted coffee—the roasting process removes it while allowing many of the barrel-derived aromas and flavors to remain. Our mission is to bridge the worlds of specialty coffee and craft spirits and create something truly unique for coffee lovers, spirit enthusiasts, and anyone looking for a memorable experience in every cup. We believe great coffee should be more than a beverage—it should be an experience worth sharing.

At Spirits of Coffee, we source high-quality green coffee beans from different regions of the world and age them for at least six months in barrels that previously held bourbon, rye, whiskey, and other spirits. We then roast the beans in small batches to bring out the unique characteristics created during the aging process. My goal is to create coffee that is not only exceptional in quality, but also tells a story—connecting coffee, spirits, craftsmanship, and the entrepreneurial spirit in a product that people can experience and share.
