Utah’s Own Classic Burger

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 lb local ground beef per person
  • Hamburger buns
  • Cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Condiments of choice

Seasoning Mix

  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 4 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions
 

  • Season beef using suggested mix or your favorite spice blend and form into patties.
  • Grill to desired finish with cheese. Complete your burgers with farm-fresh and artisan buns, greens, and condiments.
