Family-owned, Millcreek Coffee Roasters has been roasting coffee in Salt Lake City, Utah since 1992. Great coffee starts with an excellent bean, and we start by visiting countries of origin to source our beans, focusing on sustainable business practices and environmentally-friendly production.
Each batch of coffee is crafted to complement the flavor profile of each varietal and is date-stamped to ensure freshness. Timing is everything – once roasted, coffee loses much of its flavor within seven to ten days, so we roast daily and deliver promptly to ensure our coffee has exceptional flavor.

At La Barba Coffee it’s our aim to roast incredibly great tasting, specialty-grade coffee for Salt Lake City and beyond. We’ve set our standards incredibly high for coffee, and as equally high for our relationships with everyone involved.
All our beans are single origin, sourced from specific farms and regions, and roasted in small batches. We like things simple, functional and honest – which informs our roasting style and attitude behind coffee. Behind each bag of handcrafted coffee is a hardworking group of folks (some with beards), who have lovingly roasted those beans to perfection. No pretension. Locally focused. Ethically sourced. Hopefully charming.
Park City Coffee Roaster is a small-batch roaster, roasting 20 to 25 pounds at a time. We roast our great beans to the handcrafted traditions set forth by the Roasters Guild of America. This allows for the coffee to be given the special attention it deserves after so much work has been put into the growing, harvesting, and selection process. Our roasting technique enhances each batch’s own characteristics. This technique allows the beans to be evenly roasted and gives our company the ability to offer the freshest coffee in town. We feel our customers deserve deliciously aromatic cups of coffee that small-batch roasting can accomplish.
Our coffees come from the finest farms in the world. We seek out premium farmers and listen to their firsthand accounts and experiences. Their stories motivate us to purchase our green coffees from USDA organic and Fair Trade certified farms.
Park City Coffee Roaster has a responsible role in a larger platform through Transfair USA; this organization empowers farmers and workers to lift themselves out of poverty by investing in their farms and communities, protecting the environment and developing their abilities in the global workplace. We will be a leader in cultural awareness and knowing how our purchasing affects the entire chain of coffee production.
