Rockhill Creamery

Rockhill Creamery cheeses are handcrafted by Pete Schropp and Jennifer Hines at our micro-dairy in Northern Utah. Our historic farm with its signature old granary is set in Cache Valley, where dairy farming and cheese making are long-standing traditions. All our raw milk cheeses are made in small batches using traditional cultures. They ripen in our underground aging room for at least 60 days to ensure the proper development and height of flavor. Their natural rinds allow the wheels to develop complex flavors as they age. We are firm believers in using natural, sustainable practices that will leave our little piece of paradise better than we found it. We are committed to the health of our animals and the well-being of our land.

My favorite thing to buy from Smith Orchards is the Bing cherries. It is the most common variety in Utah, but their Bings are still some of the best around. They have some varieties of apriums that are excellent and other excellent varieties of cherries.

Oakdell Egg Farm

Recent independent test confirmed that no other egg tastes better than Oakdell’s Omega-3 brown eggs!  Oakdell does not use Antibiotics or Hormones in any of our feed.  For our Omega 3 Eggs, we feed our hens an abundance of flaxseed, plus a marine algae. Flaxseed is rich in the ALA Omega-3’s and the marine algae boosts the DHA component of the Omega-3’s to acheive our total Omega-3 levels that are concentrated in the egg yoke.  And for our Oraganic Cage Free Eggs our hens are fed a non-GMO grain.

Oakdell  moves our eggs from the birds for processing within hours of lay to ensure quality and freshness.  After washing, grading and packing, our eggs are placed in a cooler in preparation for distribution in refrigerated vehicles. FDA regulations require eggs to be held under refrigeration from the time of shipping from the plant to the point of consumption.

Oakdell is committed to providing you and your family delicious eggs that are always delivered fresh to stores and markets in your neighborhood.  By combining good feed and processing procedures, Oakdell delivers quality fresh eggs with excellent nutrition and taste.

I have been buying meat from Christiansen Family Farm for over five years now. I purchase a whole hog and a side of beef every December and give meat to my parents and sister for Christmas. My family loves the fact that the meat is not only delicious, but has been raised in a humane manner.

Carrie Abner,

It’s nice to be able to feed my family quality pork that I know has been raised humanely and with care for the animals well-being. Their prices are equivalent or cheaper then grocery store and you are getting such better quality.

3 Squares Produce

3 Squares Produce is a small family farming operation in Davis and Salt Lake counties. We grow fruits and vegetables naturally, meeting or exceeding organic standards. We grow on nearly 10 acres, spread over two counties and nine separate plots of land. We have two very small orchards in Davis County, two vegetables fields in West Valley City, in Salt Lake County, and five private residential gardens in Salt Lake County. We also have a small orchard and CSA in Bountiful, Utah—the last orchard on Orchard Drive.

We make the most out of a small amount of land using vertical growing techniques and concentrated plantings. Wonderful Utah peaches are available mid-August through mid-September. We also grow cherries, apples, tomatoes, peppers, summer and winter squash, garlic, onions, potatoes, melons, kale, spinach, salad greens, beets, and more. Choose local and taste the difference with 3 Squares Produce.
