Pago offers an elevated interpretation of classic American fare from the freshest possible ingredients, many sourced from local family farms. We believe the closer we are to the farm, the fresher the food, so we serve quality and organic products from local farms and local artisans. We purchase great products from local farms and producers, so our menus and specials change with the seasons, featuring the best items we can find at any time of the year.
In addition to fresh, amazing food, part of our vision was to create a business that proactively reduces waste and minimizes the impact on the environment, while staying connected to our community. We recycle paper and glass products, use eco-friendly take-away containers, and maintain a 7,000-square foot micro-farm where we grow a small variety of vegetables and herbs for our restaurant.

What an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in there were familiar faces and welcoming smiles. The food was absolutely divine and perfectly paired. The cocktail was on point and the open kitchen made me feel like I was at home. Manoli’s brings a sophisticated ambiance and a comfortable dining experience from beginning to end. What an enormous asset to the Salt Lake food scene.
The food was outstanding as were the drinks. Our octopus was perfection. Our service however, was marginal. I will definitely go back again and hope it was a one off. I would love to see some Greek beer added to the menu!
