Apple Crisp

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups apples peeled, cored & sliced
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats quick-cooking
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour unsifted
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions
 

  • Place apple slices in 2-quart 8×8 glass baking dish.
  • Combine remaining ingredients, except butter, in medium mixing bowl.
  • Cut butter into bowl until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle mixture over apples.
  • Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
