Tart Cherry Cheese Pecan Ball

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 3 tbsp tart cherries
  • 1/3 cup toasted pecans chopped
  • 1/3 cup dried cherries for exterior
  • 1/3 tsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Using a mixer beat cream cheese, goat cheese, & honey until smooth and combined. Stir in 3 tbsp of each pecans & dried cherries.
  • Scoop the cheese mixture onto the center of a piece of plastic wrap. Then wrap the remaining outer edges over the cheese, forming it into a ball.
  • Transfer into your refrigerator for 4 hours, until fully chilled & firm.
  • Lay out 1/3 each pecans & dried cherries, along with the parsley. Place cheese ball on top of toppings & press them in around it.
