Bonneville Produce Farms

Bonneville Farms Produce grows local sweet corn, tomatoes, melons and giant pumpkins.

We grow our produce on a small farm south of Delta, Utah, in Millard county. We grow both organic and conventional produce but most of our farm is operated under integrated farming practices, taking the best practices of organic and the best practices of conventional production, allowing us to implement the best practices from both worlds. We grow sweet corn, tomatoes, pumpkins, watermelon and peppers and have planted peaches and apples for future production. We also have honey bees. Our produce is available at the Farm Bureau farmers markets and Orem farmers market and select grocery retailers in central Utah. Bonneville Farms Produce also sells to several restaurants along the Wasatch front.

Utah Farm Bureau Farmers Market at South Jordan

The Utah Farm Bureau Federation (UFBF) is the state’s largest voluntary organization of farmers and ranchers – but really, we consist of more than 34,000 member families committed to protecting Utah’s farms and ranches, and ensuring a safe, fresh and locally grown food supply. Our members live in all of Utah’s 29 counties and belong to county Farm Bureaus, which, in turn, comprise the Utah Farm Bureau Federation.

Utah Farm Bureau Markets were created in order to give local farmers and ranchers direct-to-consumer sales, and to give consumers an opportunity to meet and talk to the men and women who grow their food. We are a food-only market, with an emphasis on produce and staple foods.

Farm Bureau is an independent, non-governmental, voluntary organization of farm and ranch families united for the purposes of addressing their problems and formulating action to achieve educational improvement, economic opportunity and social advancement and, thereby, to promote the national well-being. Farm Bureau is local, county, state, national and international in its scope and influence, and is non-partisan, non-sectarian and non-secret in character. Farm Bureau is the voice of agriculture at all levels.

UFBF represents all commodity interests and is involved in all issues that are of concern to the state’s farmers and ranchers, including taxation, property rights and services to the farm community.

The organization works to support its producer members through legislative advocacy, leadership development programs, commodity associations, rural health & safety programs, insurance products, marketing, and other services.

Rocky Top Fruit Farm

We specialize in u-pick fruit. Our goal is to provide a healthy alternative to what you can purchase in the store or at roadside stands. You know exactly where your fruit came from. You know exactly when it was picked. You know exactly who has been handling your fruit! We grow sweet cherries, peaches, apples and berries. We are extending the current dead end road to bring our customers right to our new shed. We have future plans for an animal display of chickens, goats, etc. to enjoy.

We have our own beehives and extract our own honey and you can buy it here! These hives NEVER leave our property.  The bees are not in some neighbor’s sprayed yards. We have sheep to the south and cows to the north. The honey is raw and has an excellent flavor. We extract it by spinning and screening and not heating.

Our philosophy is if we feed our animals and our trees with healthy nutrients, they will not get sick. We use as many organic pest control methods as possible. Occasionally we have to spray for something as we monitor pests, but avoid this at all costs when there is fruit ready to pick. Our cherries are definitely grown and cared for organically. We do as much trapping as possible in our peaches and apples. Our berries are never sprayed for pests after they begin setting blossoms.

We came to pick peaches, and we loved it! So fun, easy, and delicious. They take cards, which was a great surprise. Would definitely recommend.

My mom, sister, and I stumbled upon Phelps Fruit and Berry Farm 2 weeks ago. It is a hidden gem! Signs clearly mark the way to the farm. There’s parking very close to the fruit trees. We picked peaches and they were super delicious! It was easy to pay and we even picked up some jam! I brought my college roommates back yesterday and we were just as pleased! We each got some jam and this time we picked a whole box of peaches! We can hardly wait for them to ripen!

Elden Foods

100% Pure Raw Honey – that’s where we start.  We take care that our honey is kept as close to nature as possible.

Elden Foods Honey is:

Gravity separated, not force filtered; it retains all the enzymes/pollen

Kept at Raw temperatures

Harvested via organic processes

100% Pure Honey – never mixed with lower quality honeys

We take pride in keeping our honey raw, chemical and pesticide free, and as close to nature as it gets. When you taste Elden Foods honey, it should always taste like you went out to your local bee-keepers backyard hive: Delicious, Sweet, and Natural.

Creamed Honey

Creamed honey can be a real treat, a little sweeter than regular because of the crystallization, a more robust flavor, and a whole lot nicer to use!

It can be tricky to get a real nice, smooth creamed honey that’s not too solid, and not too liquid., all while being extra smooth. We’d like to think we found just the right consistency, soft enough to spread on warm toast, but firm enough to stay on the spreading knife. Of course, all of our creamed honey meets the same high standards as our regular honey. Still raw, still unfiltered, still 100% Pure Honey.

Raclette Machine

Raclette Machine is currently a catering service as well as a pop up restaurant in Salt Lake City that offers a traditional European specialty called raclette – melted cheese scraped right onto a plate of potatoes, bread, pickles, and cured meat.

In addition to the traditional flavors, Raclette Machine also has gained popularity with other options on the menu like a cheesy French Onion Soup, and The Wasatch – a Utah spin on raclette, made up of a sandwich using local ingredients and cheese made from Rockhill Creamery in Cache Valley.

You can find Raclette Machine’s pop up schedule on their website, and they are also available to cater all types of events (weddings, office lunches, parties, etc).

Downtown Farmers Market

The Downtown Farmers Market provides opportunities for local growers, food and craft artisans to display and sell items to the public. The focus of the market is to provide local growers with the opportunity to bring fresh produce as well as flora, bulbs, cheeses, eggs, and jellies directly to the public.

The market family has recently expanded to include the Winter Market at Rio Grande Depot, bringing us one step closer to our goal of a year-round venue for farmers, growers, and food purveyors. Come see why our vendors are passion and pride for the products they make, and why our motto is “Make it, bake it or grow it.”

Awesome experience dealing with these guys. I purchased almost all my equipment from them as well as my bee packages. Not only is the equipment high quality, but they are priced very competitively.

What makes them stand out is the support they continued to give me afterwards. They always welcomed my questions in emails and over the phone and the advice they have given me has been a huge help.
