We raise grass-fed and grass-finished beef on private pastures in Boulder, Utah. Our cattle are mainly Black Angus with minor Charolais, Longhorn, and Hereford influences for a healthy heterosis in the herd.
Our beef has no hormones, no antibiotics, no public land grazing. We manage a holistic herd and sustainable pasture management. Beef Quality Assurance Certified.

Local- Our cattle are born and spend their life on our ranch and pastures near Vernon, Utah.
Natural- Our cattle are certified “natural” meaning we do not use hormones or antibiotics. We vaccinate against disease and will administer medicine if a cow is sick, which then takes it out of the “natural” classification. Over 90 percent of our cattle are natural. We take care to handle our cattle humanely; let them roam the range freely.
Delicious- Our Angus cattle have graded prime and choice before we began introducing Angus and Wagyu bulls that are high in marbling and other beef quality characteristics.

Amazing Evening at Cross E Ranch!! Their baby animal festival is sooo fun. We got to see calves, pigs and piglets, horses, all sorts of goats, bunnies and llamas!! My family and I went on an amazing hayride through their acreage to see all their cattle. We were able to see so so many baby calves and even got to witness a brand new baby calf trying to stand, still all slimy wet with umbilical cord hanging. Such a phenomenal experience!! We spent hours there for the baby animal festival. Totally amazing. All the baby animals were so dang cute. I wanted to take them all home. Had so much fun with the Easter egg hunt. All of the staff was super friendly. Food was yummy it was all around a great time. My kids didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to go back. And can’t wait for the fall festival!!

Our daughters were able to bottle feed calves, milked a goat and got to ride a horse. This is truly an amazing place! We ordered 10lbs of ground longhorn, and it was amazing! I used to think buffalo was the ultimate meat, but now think this is. I just ordered 10 lb more, and talked my parents into doing the same. It is a great price for grass fed beef. I will be a life long customer if it is around!
