Utah Peach Lemonade

Ingredients

3  ripe Utah peaches, halved
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup water
Homemade simple syrup to taste
Fresh mint
Extra sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Lay halved peaches cut side down in baking pan.
3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes and wait until cool before removing skin and pits.
4. Puree peach flesh and add lemon juice, water, and simple syrup. Stir to combine before adding fresh mint, sugar, and ice.
