Printer-Friendly: Utah Fresh Peach Lemonade

INGREDIENTS:

3 ripe Utah peaches, halved

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 cup water

Homemade simple syrup, to taste

Fresh mint

Extra sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 425.

Lay halved peaches cut side down in baking pan.

Bake for 20-25 min and wait until cool before removing skin and pits.

Purée peach flesh and add lemon juice, water, and simple syrup. Stir to combine before adding some fresh mint, sugar, and ice!

NOTE: You can turn this into cocktail hour by adding a splash of Utah crafted bourbon and ginger beer.
